Dear Nina & Brian, Well back to reality! We had a brilliant time in Cape Coral and in your home. The Villa was luxurious, and had everything we could want. The pool was used constantly, and we struggled to get the girls out. We hired a boat from Cape Coral boat rentals, which was an exciting experience, and you were right, we did see dolphins every day we went out in the boat. We enjoyed several good meals at Rumrunners and we also tried out many of the places you mentioned, all of them great successes. We shall certainly recommend your villa to our friends. Thank you once again we had a very memorable holiday.

Hi Nina, Yes, we are all back to work and school now after a week of suffering jet lag!! But , boy was it worth it. Peter and I did not want to come home at all and the kids all thought it was the best holiday we have ever had, even better than Disney! Your house was really comfortable, home from home and we settled in as if it was ours! We hired a boat and loved going to the restaurants that way , there was a really good one at St James on pine island you must go there. Sanibel was beautiful , one of the kids caught a baby hammerhead shark!! There was nothing you could improve upon, your manager and cleaning team were great and very helpful and I have already recommended the house to friends. I hope we will be back next year with a stop in Orlando either end of the holiday to break up the travel time.

Regarding the house... both my wife and I thought it was wonderful, we had a perfectly relaxing time there, it was without doubt the highlight of the holiday. The decor and furnishings were suberb, the pool area was great and we were entertianed constantly during the day by the acrobatics of the fish in the canal. Thanks for the use of the house, it certainly gets my recommendation.

We had a wonderful time staying at your lovely villa. Having stayed in many over the years in Florida, yours is amongst the best we've visited. The location, backing onto the canal not only makes for a peaceful spot, but gave loads of enjoyment watching the jumping fish whilst we were in the pool. We are all keen on wildlife, and the location was superb making visits to Shark Valley, Everglades City, Ding Darling bird reserve, Corkscrew swamp and many others all within easy reach. The birdlife was fantastic and the numbers of Ospreys has to be seen to be believed. As per your advice, we chartered a boat for a couple of days and were lucky enough to have dolphins come right across the bow as well as some larger vessels!! The coast makes a great change from central Florida and I'm sure next time we look to stay there we will hopefully rent your villa again. We adored your lovely villa. There were no real problems to speak of. The Lani is wonderful, sitting out there early in the morning before the day begins and late at night before bed, just devine. The lounge is also very comfortable, and we loved the palm tree theme everywhere. I miss my morning swim before breakfast and if we get another opportunity to visit your lovely Florida home you can be sure you will hear from me.

Hello Nina, We had a fabulous holiday, The house was superb, everything we needed was at hand, the new en-suite was great. I think we managed to do most things.The visit to Key West is highly recommended and the ferry trip to Fort Myers was lovely taking in the beautiful sunset... Our little visitor (Will. aged 4) threw away his swimming vest and was swimming on his own after a couple of hours! We have all enjoyed Cape Coral and your home. We hopefully would like to return next year. Thank you. It has been particularly nice to be in contact with you and the help you have given to us.

Hello Nina and Brian, We have just arrived home from a lovely stay at your house. What a beautiful place. We had a great time and the weather was lovely – it was only overcast on the very last day of our stay, otherwise bright and sunny. The boys enjoyed the pool immensely. It worked perfectly with the wheelchair. The house is very well equipped - the only thing we missed was an outdoor thermometer :o) Thank you very much.

Dear Nina and Brian We’ve recently returned from your villa and I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time. We’d started our holiday in Miami, then travelled on to Orlando for a couple of weeks so the kids could experience all the theme parks. By the time we reached Cape Coral we were exhausted and ready for a more relaxing week. We thought the villa was lovely and we loved the pool overlooking the canal. The canal was brilliant, we saw loads of the jumping fish, a few rays and were most surprised when a large Manatee swam by! Rumrunners was our favourite restaurant of the week, we liked Cape Harbour and ate there a couple of times. We paid a visit to Sanibel and spent a couple of afternoons on Ft Myers Beach. All in all a great week and a relaxing end to our holiday. Thanks again
