The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted access to the waterways leading to the gulf.

Directions and keys pick up information will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

There are a wealth of restaurants nearby many of which can be reached by boat.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
